Yin yoga aspires to work deeper into the connective tissues of the body, targeting the ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. Strengthen your heart and mind and through a series of long held postures which will also help you to regain flexibility and maintain mobility in later life.

Mondays + Wednesdays 1830 - 1930

Thursdays 1800 - 1900

Uses a repetitive sequence which progressively builds into a dynamic and challenging continuous flow of movement synchronised with the breath. It’s a good option for complete beginners to become familiar with key poses and an opportunity for experienced practitioners to notice the quality of breath which is an indication of mental balance.

Private Classes

One to one classes provide an opportunity to optimise your yoga practice. Georgina will teach you a personalised sequence to meet your needs along with offering her signature assists and adjustments (when permitted). Private classes are a great option for those of you who perhaps can’t make any of the timetabled group classes as they can be taught in the comfort of your own home or garden. They also remove the barrier of anxiety that some people experience in group settings. Sessions can be arranged for weekday mornings and daytimes to potentially supplement your yoga teacher training program or maybe just to treat yourself on a special occasion.

Prices start at £50 per hour depending on location and intention for practicing yoga. E.g. classes designed to help you recover from an injury will cost more as the investment in time spent researching your particular impairment will be greater. Register your curiosity and let's arrange a time to connect.

Welcome to our virtual library of free yoga and meditation classes. Sharing these practices allows you to try out some of what’s on offer at the studios before committing financially. For each of the classes featured on our regular timetable there is a corresponding video. This will help you to decide on the most appropriate practice for your needs without the expense. As our class offering grows, the plan is that this resource will expand too.

We also appreciate that there might be times in your life when you aren’t in a position to pay for yoga. Our aim is that these videos will see you through to the other side.

There is now so much opportunity to practice yoga online for free that it can potentially cause prospective students to feel overwhelmed. In our experience even when you have a good understanding of yoga it can be difficult to find a high quality class that is accessible. So often students are left feeling inadequate and with a negative view of yoga after trying out an online class. We hope to provide an inclusive library of classes that you feel confident in sharing with your friends.

We could all benefit from practising yoga and I believe that there is a style and teacher out there for each of us. Experimentation and experience will tell you which will be most appropriate. But to get started it might be helpful to consider your intention for joining. Are you interested in the physical benefits such as preventing injuries, increased mobility, strength and balance? Or are you looking for a practice to stabilise your mental health, improve your quality of sleep and inspire better relationships with others? Taking this into consideration along with your starting point on a physical level can help to ensure that your first class is that sweet mix of challenging to keep you interested yet accessible to encourage you back. These are my recommendations on where to begin:

Yin yoga aspires to work deeper into the connective tissues of the body, targeting the ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. These classes will be suitable for you no matter what your current level of fitness is. If your intention for practising yoga is to increase your mobility, stabilise your mental health, improve your quality of sleep or inspire better relationships with others then this one's for you.

Vinyasa flow uses a repetitive sequence which progressively builds into a dynamic and challenging continuous flow of movement synchronised with the breath. This style of class is likely to be a good place to begin for those of you who are already physically active and if your intention for practising yoga is to benefit physically and/or mentally.
